In my humble opinion，you would be wise to take the following actions. The first action is that，your newspaper would strengthen to report the problem about the bad of plastic bags. The second action is that ,your newspaper should persuade people not to use plastic bags. The last action is that your newspaper should allow the Government to formulate some policies to ban on the use of plastic bags. (这个中间段落结构上虽然清晰，但是结构句式却乏善可陈，没有任何句式的变化，唯一的优点就是在词汇上)

Lastly，I am confident that i will never make the same mistakes by avoiding my carelessness and irresponsiblity and try to return this cd play to you as soon as possibe by means of EMS.

My plan will be carried out as follows. On one hand，I will remit at least 2,000 Yuan in cash every year until he/she finishes his/her education before entering college. On the other hand，I decide to teach the child一 math and English in person during my summer vacation，which will surely be more beneficial to the child. (这个段落作者依然是在使用自己最会用的句式结构，但大家无论如何要尽量使用定语从句!!!!而词汇他只用了几个他会的难词，所以大家记得，句式简单词汇难，词汇简单句式难是你可以二选一的方式，如果做不到，那就保证少出错，哪怕简单.)
